The Inn at Abeja, operated by Columbia Hospitality, Inc., is seeking a seasonal Housekeeper to create warm, inviting spaces and exceptional guest experiences at our hillside inn near Walla Walla.

You will clean, restock, and prepare accommodations to Inn-specific standards, maintain public areas, and engage guests with a friendly, professional approach in a fast-paced environment. Join a collaborative team and contribute to a memorable wine-country stay.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented and willing to go above and beyond to support colleagues and guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, efficient, and courteous service to every guest
• Maintain all guest accommodations to Inn-specific standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Clean, restock, and prepare assigned accommodation during each shift to ensure a flawless guest experience
• Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies for efficiency and accessibility
• Inspect rooms and promptly report any damage, maintenance needs, or missing items
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, both indoors and outdoors
• Participate actively in staff meetings and mandatory training sessions
• Warmly greet and engage with guests, enhancing their stay
• Support the team and complete additional tasks assigned by the Innkeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or Operations Manager
