Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Seasonal/Temporary Retail Sales Associate in Rogers, AR. You will deliver exceptional customer service, stay informed on eyewear trends, and drive in-store sales while maintaining brand standards and an inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in retail sales, eyewear or luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training sessions.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow up post-purchase.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back-of-house.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless customer experience across online and in-store channels.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
