We value experience in luxury retail or beauty, outstanding communication, a passion for luxury aesthetics, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm, reflecting the brand image and values.
• Engage with customers with personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
• Educate customers on Diptyque's products, ingredients, history, and selling propositions.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling/cross-selling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management including receiving and stocking.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights for management.
• Participate in events, promotions, and training sessions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
