Hermës Honolulu boutique is seeking a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate to assist front and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will greet clients, support beverage service, and help maintain stock and presentation standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on the main floor and determine their needs, escort to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Assist beverage service for clients in line with brand standards and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Provide hospitable services, such as engaging children with coloring books.
• Support the sales team with selling tasks: hanging merchandise, returning items to floor, retrieving stock, and stock room prep.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
