Qualifications

• Advanced verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of guests and team members.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks with speed and accuracy under pressure.
• 1 year of luxury hotel operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on the beach with towels, chairs, and sunbeds.
• Set up beach areas and arrange chairs, cabanas, and sunbeds per guest preferences.
• Carry guests' personal belongings and ensure safety.
• Provide food and beverage service on the beach as requested.
• Maintain beach cleanliness and monitor safety hazards.
