The Merchant Processor Personalization (Merch Processor - PZ) position is based in Olive Branch, MS. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, creating OS&D paperwork, identifying inconsistent inner packs, and communication.

This role offers exciting opportunities because you will...

• Learn and perform functions such as:
• Loading and verifying products (matching SKU numbers)
• Following specifications to prepare products for production
• Loading products onto machines (Laser, Engraving, Embroidery, Deboss, UV, etc.)
• Inspecting products for quality standards and final approval
• Providing excellent customer service by reporting damages
• Assisting in resolving problematic orders
