Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate menu items according to recipe and quality standards.
• Review daily menus, prep lists, and station assignments with kitchen leadership.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations before and during service.
• Prepare ingredients by cleaning, cutting, portioning, and organizing mise en place.
• Cook and assemble dishes in a timely manner to meet service demands.
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure accurate order execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Rotate and store food properly to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Assist with inventory counts and report supply needs for high-cost items.
• Support other kitchen stations as needed for smooth operation.
• Assist with closing duties, including cleaning and stocking the kitchen.
