Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Line Cook for the Biergarten experience in St. Louis, MO. This seasonal, part-time role supports our core restaurant team by preparing food, following safety guidelines, and assisting chefs.

You'll work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays with flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, values teamwork, and strives for quality in every dish while upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume dining environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Must be able to stand, lift, walk, and carry, with ease.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to food handler's guidelines.
• Ensure safe operation of kitchen equipment and adhere to safety guidelines, report concerns to Executive Chef/Sous Chef.
• Knowledge of cooking procedures and kitchen equipment.
• Flexible with job responsibilities and able to multi-task.
• Must keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace.
• Must label and date all food and rotate as needed.
• Other responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef

ROLE SUMMARY:

Be a part of of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience at our Biergarten. As a Line Cook, you have the opportunity to be a part of our core restaurant team. Our Line Cooks prepare food, ensure safe operation, and have the opportunity to work under our executive chef and sous chef.
