Snow Summit LLC seeks a Lift Operations Supervisor for Snow Valley (Running Springs, CA). This seasonal role oversees staff ensuring safe operation of fixed and detachable chair lifts during guest load/unload.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• At least three years of lift operations experience, with the ability to run any lift at the Resort.
• Excellent communication with a calm demeanor during challenging operations.
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, browser-based research tools, Workday, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel in the safe and efficient operation of fixed and detachable lifts.
• Coordinate guest loading/unloading and ensure safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly during challenging operations.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with policies.
