Job summary

Snow Summit LLC seeks a Lift Operations Supervisor for Snow Valley (Running Springs, CA). This seasonal role oversees staff ensuring safe operation of fixed and detachable chair lifts during guest load/unload.

Starting wage ranges from $26.50/hr to $29.76/hr, depending on experience, with opportunities to contribute to a high-volume mountain operations team. The position requires clear communication, a calm approach during busy operations, and the ability to read and follow guest policies and

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• At least three years of lift operations experience, with the ability to run any lift at the Resort.
• Excellent communication with a calm demeanor during challenging operations.
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, browser-based research tools, Workday, and SharePoint.
