Snowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking a seasonal lifeguard to ensure guest safety at Split Rock Pools and surrounding lake areas. We provide Ellis certification and training at the resort to empower you with essential lifesaving skills.

Start date is late November to early December, with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site housing options are available for employees.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard Certification First Aid/CPR/AED.

Responsabilités

• Maintain current lifeguard, CPR, basic life support, and AED certifications and participate in in-service training.
• Provide guests with a safe swimming facility by monitoring your zone of protection, making saves, and performing safety checks.
• Assist guests with checking into the facility and answering questions.
• Maintain professional skills by swimming regularly and training with other lifeguards.
• Follow defined procedures, fill out reports, and act on incidents.
• Keep pool and lake areas clean and safe, including decks and beaches.
