Job summary

A seasonal pool management company is looking for Lifeguards to join its team in Franklin, Tennessee. As a Lifeguard, you will ensure the safety of pool patrons, respond to emergencies, and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will possess current Lifeguard certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification, along with being physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications

• Meet minimum age requirements for lifeguards per applicable laws (typically 15–16+).
• Ability to remain alert and continuously monitor the pool area.
• Physically able to perform rescues and assist distressed individuals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure patron safety and prevent accidents.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies, including water rescues and first aid.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe swimming environment.
