Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ year of professional work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Adobe; ability to learn other software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter information into the legislative database and update tracking documents.
• Format and correct bills and documents for posting on the website.
• Assist in managing daily workflow to meet deadlines.
• Communicate and coordinate with other legislative staff and stakeholders.
• Post documents to the legislative website and support editorial reviews.
