A premier aquatics company in Laguna Niguel is searching for a Swim Lesson Manager. This role involves overseeing the logistics of swim lessons, mentoring instructors, and enhancing the quality of aquatic experiences. The ideal candidate will have previous swim instructor experience and a commitment to providing a positive experience for all guests. The position offers a pay range of $19.00-$22.00 per hour and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous swim instructor experience is required.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification.
• Must be consistently available Monday-Thursday from 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the logistics of swim lessons.
• Mentor swim instructors to improve their skills.
• Approve swim lesson graduation for students.
