Job Overview:

The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in retail operations to ensure optimal store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs
• Complete sales transactions accurately and promptly using the POS system
• Maintain a welcoming store environment
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control
• Perform open and close duties, including bank deposits

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to complete training within two months of hire
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program

Compensation:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
