Job summary

TPG Hotels, Resorts & Marina is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to process, wash, dry, iron, and fold hotel linens in a fast-paced setting. You will report emergencies and maintain hygiene standards across the laundry area.

Responsibilities include operating laundry equipment, inspecting items for quality, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure a steady supply of clean linens for guest rooms and dining spaces. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of fabrics, laundering techniques, and proper garment care.
• Attention to detail to identify stains, damage, or quality issues.
• Basic understanding of laundry equipment and machinery.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, bed sheets, and other hotel laundry items according to established procedures.
• Handle laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironing machines, and folding tables, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
• Inspect laundered items to ensure they meet quality standards, addressing stains, tears, or other issues as needed.
• Follow specific instructions for handling delicate fabrics or special items to prevent damage.
• Maintain an organized inventory of clean and ready-to-use linens and towels to meet the demands of guest rooms, dining areas, and other hotel departments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure a steady supply of clean linens and towels.
