Job summary

TPG Hotels, Resorts & Marina is seeking a Laundry Attendant to process, wash, dry, iron, and fold linens in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will coordinate with housekeeping to supply clean linens and ensure quality standards while maintaining equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include operating laundry machinery, inspecting items for stains or damage, and helping manage linen inventory. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of fabrics, laundering techniques, and garment care.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify stains, damage, or quality issues.
• Basic understanding of laundry equipment and machinery.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy laundry bags.
• Commitment to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens and hotel laundry items according to established procedures.
• Operate washers, dryers, ironing machines and folding tables, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
• Inspect laundered items for quality and address stains, tears, or other issues.
• Follow instructions for delicate fabrics or special items to prevent damage.
• Maintain an organized inventory of clean linens and towels and track counts.
