Job summary

Mariani Landscape is hiring Crew Members for the Fall Season. As a Crew Member, you'll contribute directly to the visual appeal and health of diverse landscapes, handling mowing, trimming, and seasonal pruning to meet our high standards.

Requirements include at least 1 year of landscaping experience and the ability to operate lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers. We offer a 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision insurance, FSA/HSA, paid time off, tuition reimbursement after one

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar role.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.
• Physically demanding job requiring lifting, bending, kneeling and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, edging, and trimming.
• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.
• Remove weeds and dead plants to preserve health and beauty.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to maintain appeal.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers.
