Job summary

Intrinsic Landscaping, a landscape builder in Glenview, IL, is hiring a Landscape Laborer for a full-time seasonal role from March through November. You will perform lawn care, planting, pruning, and site cleanup to support residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and a team player who can operate equipment safely. Bilingual Spanish & English is a plus; valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Reliability and punctuality with a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lawn care: Mow, edge, and trim turf using power and hand tools.
• Planting & cultivation: Plant shrubs, flowers, trees, and shrubs; spread mulch and soil amendments.
• Pruning & weeding: Trim hedges and remove weeds.
• Property clean-up: Rake leaves and remove debris from lawns and walkways.
• Equipment maintenance: Safely operate landscaping machinery and report malfunctions.
• Job site safety: Adhere to PPE and safety guidelines.
