Job summary

Intrinsic Landscaping in Glenview, IL is seeking a hardworking Landscape Laborer for a full-time seasonal role from March through November. You will perform a variety of physical duties to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. Join a team that values safety and reliability.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in variable Chicago-area weather, and communicate effectively (Spanish + English a plus). Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand, kneel, bend and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication; bilingual Spanish & English is a plus.
• Team-oriented with a positive work ethic.
• 1–2 years landscaping experience preferred, entry-level welcome with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim turf using power and hand tools.
• Plant decorative bushes, flowers, trees, and shrubs; spread mulch and soil.
• Trim hedges and remove weeds; manage lawn maintenance tasks.
• Rake leaves, clear debris, and remove litter from lawns and walkways.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and report malfunctions.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
