Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at the high school, college, or club level preferred.
• Strong understanding of the rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Effective communication skills to convey instructions, feedback, and motivate players.
• Leadership qualities that inspire players to excel both on and off the field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with head coach, staff, parents, and school administration.
• Certification in coaching or relevant training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in any way determined by the Head Coach.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance players’ skills.
• Lead the team during matches and make real-time decisions.
• Provide mentorship to assistant coaches, players, and support staff.
• Promote sportsmanship and ensure a positive team culture.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
