This position is eligible for Paid Leave hours at a proportional rate based on the number of hours regularly scheduled to work.

Responsibilities include:

• Landscape maintenance (mowing, weed whacking)
• Tree trimming, brush chipping
• Shoveling
• Raking
• Sweeping
• Using power tools
• Traffic control
• Work zone setup
• Other manual labor duties as assigned
• Working near and in proximity to equipment and traffic

No minimum educational requirements. We are willing to train.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands include exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects, including the human body. Use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than for medium work. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
