Job description

We are pleased to offer the opportunity to work as a Seasonal Labor Worker within the DuPage County Division of Transportation. Multiple positions available!
DuPage County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

This position is eligible for Paid Leave hours at a proportional rate based on the number of hours regularly scheduled to work.

Responsibilities include:
  • Landscape maintenance (mowing, weed whacking)
  • Tree trimming, brush chipping
  • Shoveling
  • Raking
  • Sweeping
  • Using power tools
  • Traffic control
  • Work zone set up
  • Other manual labor duties as assigned
  • Working near and in proximity to equipment and traffic

No minimum educational requirements. We are willing to train.

A pre-employment background check is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
