Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. seeks a Seasonal Worker I - Label Line Equipment Operator for the Rochelle, IL facility. You will safely run palletizing and labeling equipment, monitor labels, perform changeovers, and maintain accurate production records.

The role requires basic math, good communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This temporary position supports 1st, 3rd shifts with potential 2nd shift openings, within a production environment compliant with GMP and OSHA

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading and writing required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and records.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate palletizer, label, depalletizer, and casing machines.
• Ensure labels on exiting product are correct; report issues to maintenance.
• Complete daily reports and documentation for line operations.
• Perform changeovers and lockout/tagout procedures as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow GMP/OSHA standards.
