The role focuses on the safe operation of palletizer, label, depalletizer, and casing machines and requires accurate reporting and compliance with GMP and OSHA standards. The position is temporary seasonal, with emphasis on accuracy of labeling, machine setup, and efficient line performance.

Qualifications

• Safe operation of palletizer, label, depalletizer, and casing machines per shift.
• Capable of reading and following batch and labeling procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced line environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to log daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate palletizer, label, depalletizer, and casing machines and all associated components.
• Monitor palletizer to ensure exiting products have correct labels and report issues to maintenance.
• Check labels on cans for accuracy; remove damaged items; ensure Tensor ID Vision System is operational.
• Record cans removed on labeling records; maintain accurate documentation.
• Complete daily reports, pallet tags, and indirect records per Brye Tag and Red Prairie systems.
• Perform changeover duties including lockout/tagout, clear cans, and replenish glue pots.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety standards.
