Qualifications

• Ability to stand, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to work in warm, humid environment.

Responsibilities

• Load 140 quart bowls into walk-in industrial dishwasher.
• Run smallwares through conveyor-style dishwasher.
• Hand wash cake pans in a 3-compartment sink.
• Monitor and log temperatures of dish machines.
• Put away dry dishes.
• Keep dish area floor dry.
