Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwashing machine as configured; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and procedures; ensures sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Removes trash and handles waste per procedure.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
