Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment or hand washing, ensuring sanitation, and assisting with loading/unloading supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses dishes, pots, pans and utensils to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operates dishwashing equipment or washes by hand as required.
• Maintains dish area, tables and work surfaces in sanitary condition.
• Keeps kitchen floors clean by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and helps load/unload items.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
