The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards in the kitchen and with serving equipment, supporting health and safety for guests during the 2027 Spring/Summer season.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen items to health standards.
• Assist in food preparation, buffet setup and breakdown, and food replenishment.
• Clean work area and storage areas, keep wares organized.
• Remove trash from the dish room and sanitize containers.
