Job summary

Snow Summit LLC in Running Springs (Snow Valley) seeks an individual to assist in the ski and snowboard learning process for children in the Ski and Ride School (SRS). You will interact with parents on a regular basis while performing inside and outside duties.

Starting wage is between $19.00/hr and $22.80/hr depending on experience, with access to staff discounts and resort perks. This seasonal role is based at Snow Valley, supporting weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• An effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests with respect and maturity
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and guest policies
• Ability to operate equipment as trained
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
