Snow Summit LLC seeks a seasonal supervisor to oversee the tubing park at Snow Valley in Running Springs. You will supervise operators, assist guests, and help attract, retain, and motivate staff in a family-friendly environment.

Starting pay ranges from $26.50 to $29.76 per hour depending on experience, with perks like free season passes, staff ski/snowboard lessons, and discounts on lift tickets. This role is located at Snow Valley in Running Springs and offers outdoor, seasonal work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• A talented communicator having a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations.
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Able to use sound reasoning and make competent decisions.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
