Job summary

Responsibilities include managing kettle setups, scheduling workers, driving items as needed, and ensuring a safe, organized operation. This temporary, 40-hour position requires mobility and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive a full-size cargo van.
• Must be trustworthy.
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Must possess the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have a pleasant disposition.
• Must be in good mental and physical health - lift 70 pounds or more.
• Maintain and manage a safe working environment.
• Must be able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all volunteers ringing bells.
• Assemble all kettle stands.
• Organize kettle supplies, Bells, Aprons, Supply bags, etc.
• Schedule Kettle Workers.
• Deliver and set up kettles for workers.
• Pick up kettles as needed at end of day.
• Pick up the deposit slips daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
