The Salvation Army Northern Division Duluth Corps is seeking a seasonal Kettle Driver to support the Red Kettle Campaign and bell-ringing operations in Duluth, MN.

The role involves transporting kettles, maintaining security, and assisting volunteers during the fundraising season. It is a 30-hour workweek, Monday through Saturday, generally from noon to 8pm, at 215 South 27th Avenue West. This position lasts through December 2026.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass background checks, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet MVR driver’s qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Kettle Distribution and Security (60%): Safely transport, deliver, and collect kettles, ensuring accurate tracking of kettle and tag numbers.
• Bell Ringer Transportation and Support (30%): Provide transportation for paid bell ringers to and from sites with necessary equipment.
• Kettle and Sign Maintenance (5%): Replace kettles and update signage as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness (5%): Report maintenance issues and keep vehicle clean.
