Job summary

Mid-Pacific Institute in Hawaii is seeking a temporary Judo Head Coach to develop student-athletes across middle and high school, manage practice schedules, recruit and mentor assistant coaches, and collaborate with the Athletic Department to maintain a competitive program.

This on-site, on-call seasonal role requires CPR/First Aid/AED certification, with a $3,500 stipend paid at season end; ideal candidates will have prior head-coaching success, strong communication, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Proven experience as a head coach with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop student-athletes in the sport of Judo across middle and high school levels.
• Develop regular practice schedules; recruit and mentor assistant and lower-level coaches.
• Collaborate with the Athletic Department to maintain a competitive and well-rounded program.
