Responsibilities

• Present jewelry to guests and replace items in their correct areas after sale.
• Repair, polish or solder jewelry as needed.
• Utilize GUESTS program during guest interactions and sales processes.
• Offer product information with the help of in-store tools and training.
• Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Strive to achieve individual KPI metrics and support store KPIs.
• Support store management in maintaining store presentation and housekeeping.
• Attend required meetings and maintain high communication and organization.
