Printful is seeking a Seasonal IT Technician to help maintain and improve our IT infrastructure in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on monitoring systems, user management, and security, with a commitment to high-quality IT service in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

The position requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work with minimal supervision within a global team. End date is December 31, 2026, with potential for change based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• CompTIA A+ or similar networking certification is preferred.
• 2+ years of general IT experience.
• Knowledge of IT networks and protocols.
• Experience with MacOS/iOS devices.
• Experience with Zebra label printers.
• Experience with G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting IT infrastructure to assess performance.
• Informing management about problems, improvements, and planned interruptions.
• Managing user accounts and access rights and communicating issues to users.
• Identifying problems, implementing policies, and securing systems and equipment.

About the role

That’s why we’re looking for an IT Technician to join our team and ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Please note: This is a seasonal position and has an expected end date of December 31, 2026. This date can change due to business needs.

Your daily tasks will include

• Inspecting our IT infrastructure to assess its performance
• Informing management about any problems, needed improvements, and planned interruptions
• Managing user accounts and access rights, and keeping users informed of any technical issues
• Identifying problems, implementing policies, and taking action to secure our online systems and company equipment
• Participating in system development projects
• Performing other duties as assigned

In this role, we’ll expect you to

• Have a strong sense of responsibility

• Comply with OSHA requirements while on work premises
