Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory flow and streamline processes for shipments and transfers.
• Move merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and maintain inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to verify quantities and conditions.
• Support security measures and product preparation for display.
• Maintain organized stock rooms with clear labeling and labeling standards.
• Coordinate with operations and couriers to ensure accurate shipping and timely delivery.
• Provide the sales team with inventory updates to aid sales performance.
