Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations/inventory, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory flow and streamline operations, including shipments and transfers.
• Move merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and maintain inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and audits, reporting discrepancies.
• Support secure processes through inspections and product prep for display.
• Organize stockrooms and optimize warehouse layout for sales team access.
• Keep stockrooms clean, labeled, and well‑organized.
• Communicate inventory updates to the sales team and operations.
