Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist in maintaining store inventory control. This part-time role involves processing incoming and outgoing inventory, verifying deliveries, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills, as well as flexibility with scheduling. The role also includes maintaining an orderly stock room and exceeding customer expectations, fostering a service and selling

Qualifications

Strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills required.
Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory control.
Process incoming/outgoing inventory accurately.
Verify merchandise deliveries for compliance with company standards.
Ensure merchandise is ticketed and prepared for the sales floor.
Maintain a clean and organized stock room.
Exceed customer service expectations to build long-standing relationships.
