Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate in Anderson, SC. This part-time role supports the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist to ensure the sales floor is stocked and inventory is accurate, enabling a positive customer experience and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to standards.
• Prepare merchandise for selling floor per guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to sales floor.
• Input freight information accurately into systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policy.
• Maintain productivity and achieve UPH targets.
• Keep stock room neat, organized and compliant with policies.
• Adhere to local, state and company policies.
