Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Inventory Control Associate in California to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. You will help maintain accurate inventory, prepare merchandise for the floor, and support replenishment with timely documentation and clean stock rooms.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong teamwork, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities to grow as the business expands across 50+ new stores annually.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture and build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor per ticketing guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the system.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policy.
• Maintain high UPH productivity and organized stock room.
