Job summary

Boot Barn is hiring a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory accuracy. You will handle inbound/outbound inventory, ensure shelves are stocked, and support replenishment processes to meet sales goals.

You will also help tag merchandise, enter freight information, process transfers and markdowns, and keep the stock room organized while complying with all policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to support customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries against company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor per guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to floor per LP guidelines.
• Input freight information timely through the appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns according to policy.
• Maintain productivity aiming for UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat and compliant with guidelines.
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
