Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate in Henderson, NV to support Receiving and Inventory Control. You will help maintain accurate stock levels, assist with inbound/outbound transactions, and ensure merchandise readiness for the floor.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, tagging items, and updating systems to reflect freight and transfers while upholding Loss Prevention standards and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Receiving and Inventory Control activities to keep shelves stocked.
• Process incoming and outbound inventory with accuracy and speed.
• Verify deliveries against orders and company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and properly ticketed.
• Tag and prep merchandise for display in accordance with guidelines.
• Record freight information in the appropriate systems.
• Complete transfers, re-tickets, and markdowns per policy.
• Maintain an organized stock room and comply with safety and state guidelines.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and federal/state regulations.
• Support management with other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
