CVS Health is seeking a Seasonal Immunizing Pharmacist for a part-time, on-site position in Middletown, NJ. The pharmacist will support immunizations and patient counseling across stores within the district and help maintain safe dispensing practices.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district as directed by Pharmacy Manager and DL.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Proactively offer and deliver immunizations to keep patients healthy.
• Assist with inventory management and maintenance of cold chain products.
