Primary work is Monday–Friday, afternoon/evening shifts, with schedule variability by clinic volume. The role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining HIPAA

Responsibilities

• Verify vaccine eligibility in state immunization registries.
• Document vaccine eligibility and post-clinic information in Novir's TRACK system.
• Reconcile records across systems and address discrepancies.
• Complete post-clinic documentation in customer EMR platforms.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation within required timelines.
