Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking energetic Ambassadors for a seasonal position in San Diego. You will help manage immersive event experiences, supervise performers, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction during high-intensity productions.

Role requires leadership, event-management experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays from Sep 1 to Nov 1, 2026 (Halloween included). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with theatrical systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous event or stage management experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Diploma or degree in Entertainment/Theatre/Event Management preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during events.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading a team and maintaining safety.
• Comfortable with dark outdoor environments and special effects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of lighting, fog and special effects.
