Job summary

Vail Health is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Vail, Colorado. This full-time night-shift role (October/November to April) features 12-hour shifts, a strong orthopedic case load, and opportunities in a state-of-the-art facility with mountain views.

Eligible seasonal staff receive housing support, a season completion bonus, health insurance, a wellness reimbursement credit, and 403(b) retirement contribution eligibility.

Qualifications

• One year of critical care experience strongly preferred.
• Colorado RN license or valid compact state license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• PALS or ENPC required.
• CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in a seasonal ICU setting.
• Collaborate with the care team during rounds to optimize patient outcomes.
• Deliver care during night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
• Adhere to hospital policies and patient-centered care standards.
