Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in California is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for seasonal ICU assignments from October 2026 through March 2027.

Seasonal positions offer exceptional pay and a completion bonus. RNs will provide patient-centered care, assessments, and treatments across the continuum of care, including managing pain, invasive lines, and drains, while following hospital policies and core values.

Qualifications

• Seasonal RN in ICU with hospital experience.
• Must hold a current California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, assessments, and treatments on assigned ICU units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains as needed.
• Adhere to hospital policies and demonstrate the Core Values of UHS.
