Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time seasonal Hunting Sales Associate to join our team in a store environment. You will assist customers, demonstrate products, and provide information to help buyers select hunting/archery merchandise (non-firearms).

Responsibilities include meeting store standards for cleanliness, merchandise presentation, and smiling, friendly service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Overnight stocking and seasonal floor moves may occur.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Knowledge of hunting/archery merchandise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the hunting/archery floor and at the gun counter (non-firearms).
• Provide information and provide product recommendations to help customers buy.
• Maintain merchandise, price signs and keep work area clean and organized.
