A Day in the Life of an OCC Seasonal Recruiter

At Samaritans Purse, our faith guides all we do. As an OCC Seasonal Recruiter, you will:

• Build a team to serve in the OCC processing center and share the love of Jesus with children worldwide
• Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for processing center roles
• Develop partnerships with churches and organizations to create a candidate pipeline
• Support candidate screening processes
• Ensure a positive experience for all staff during the processing season

This full-time seasonal role (40+ hours/week, including some Saturdays) runs from mid-August to mid-December. Applicants must be at least 18, eager to learn, and have a heart for service. Screening includes skills testing, social media review, references, and a background check.
